Bala's disciple and debutant director actor Sasikumar's Subramanyapuram becomes the classical blockbuster of this season.
Subramanyapuram is screening at 6 screens in Chennai 15 screens in outer Chennai, but the average inflow of viewers is 100 percent for all the shows! Especially, in Shanthi and Udhayam many viewers returned with disappointment due to the unavailability of tickets for the night show on Tuesday. After seeing this overwhelming response, the distributors decided to screen the film in 3 more theaters in the city.
